What You’ll Do as a Caregiver or Nurse with Elders' Helpers
At Elders’ Helpers, you’ll help older adults live safely and comfortably at home. Whether you’re providing daily support or managing health needs, your work makes a real difference — and you’ll be backed by a team that cares.
Caregiver Duties
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal prep and grocery shopping
- Companionship and conversation
- Mobility support and exercise assistance
- Medication reminders
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
- Ensuring a clean, safe home environment
- Noticing and reporting changes in condition
Nurse Duties
- Medication management
- Vital sign checks and wellness monitoring
- In-home assessments and documentation
- Health coordination with families and providers
- Ongoing support for client safety and care plans
